iwc interrogates - simon cagero
IWC: Welcome to the very first edition of Interrogation, the show which asks the questions of the IWC roster that you the fans want to know. My very first guest joining me tonight is none other than the legendary Simon Cagero – The Silencer. Welcome…
Silencer: Simon Cagero, or Silencer… Not both; and I’m certainly not the only one.
IWC: Now Simon, you of course were a part of the IWC in its previous incarnation. Looking at the company now can you see anything about it that has changed?
Silencer: The more things change, the more things stay the same. There really isn't much different here besides the new owner.
IWC: That’s really what you believe?
Silencer: Same policies, same assholes – it will take a lot to convince me otherwise.
IWC: With that in mind, you were officially retired, what made you come back?
Silencer: Boredom; nothing more, nothing really less.
IWC: You've been very outspoken on Social Media, are you concerned that will make you more enemies than you can handle
Silencer: That is yet to be determined.
IWC: Care to elaborate on that?
Silencer: The only ones I've been pissing off are you and Orlando at the moment to any certain extent.
IWC: I’m a reporter, I report the facts and I don’t get annoyed. It’s just an opinion after all. Flip turning that, if you look at the current roster, is there anyone person who impresses you?
Silencer: I don’t judge people until they’re fit to be judged. So to answer your question, no… Although, I will admit that I did crack a smile at Mr. Gaunt and his group of oddities.
IWC: Maybe you both have something in common?
Silencer: Maybe
IWC: Orlando Cruze is the man who brought the company back. You and he have a lot of history, none of it particularly good. Do you think that will affect your chances of advancing to the world title?
Silencer: Maybe, maybe not. I do know that I won’t be sucking anyone’s dick to hold a title.
IWC: I’m pretty sure that’s not what I meant. I mean, if he holds any grudges?
Silencer: If that prevents me from holding a title, then so be it. I’ll be happy doing what I'm doing.
IWC: Obviously anyone who is in the IWC is here to claim titles, but what other objectives do you have going forward?
Silencer: I’m not here for my own fame. I’m here because I’m concerned about the wrestling world as a whole.
IWC: Concerned? Why?
Silencer: My goal is to make it better, and I fully intend to make it better – no matter who I step on to do it. This bullshit that is tried to be fed to the fans is a bit too much to handle.
IWC: So you’re back for the fans?
Silencer: From a certain perspective yes
IWC: You've been particularly vocal with Xander Cassius, what is it about it that him that has got your back up so much?
Silencer: Nothing has my back up about him. He spoke up against me, so I put him in his place. It really is just that simple.
IWC: So you don’t bear a grudge against him?
Silencer: Of course not. What are you trying to do? Are you trying to subject our green talent to me? I mean, sure I don’t mind. Maybe I can teach him a few things that he needs to do… But of course, you do run the risk of him turning tail and running away.
IWC: Ok so is there anyone else who your sights are set on, if Xander isn’t in your cross hairs?
Silencer: Nope, not really. As I said previously, I don’t hold grudges against anyone.
IWC: What have you been doing since the IWC closed its doors?
Silencer: Beach front, Beer, Big Breasts. Need I say more?
IWC: Guess not ha-ha. Will we see any difference between the Silencer of five years ago and now? And are we in for any surprises?
Silencer: You will see. It’s almost through production. Should be good, the fans should enjoy it at least.
IWC: Sounds intriguing, any exclusives?
Silencer: Patience is key
IWC: You were always known as not the most stable individual, how is your mind set at the moment?
Silencer: I am fine. Go check on Bob though. He has a few screws loose.
IWC: How did you hear about the return of the IWC?
Silencer: I hear everything that comes up.
IWC: So you’ve never really taken your eye off the industry?
Silencer: Perhaps, but not only that, but Mr. Cruze had a big fucking neon sign, pretty obvious.
IWC: There is little doubt that the rivalry with SCW is still bubbling under the surface. Does it surprise you that the SCW is still around?
Silencer: No, not really. Shit attracts flies.
IWC: That said, wrestling fans have welcomed the rebirth of the IWC with relish, but what do you think makes the IWC so special?
Silencer: Well for now, I’m not sure. Soon enough it will be product. No more bullshit, no more ass-hats…
IWC: I’m not sure I understand
Silencer: Okay, lots of ass-hats, but they’ll be justified ass-hats.
IWC: Think perhaps we should move on. Awakening is just a month away, what do you expect from that PPV?
Silencer: Maybe a little bit of wrestling in among the bullshit.
IWC: Meaning?
Silencer: Depends on if it’s Orlando’s time of the month.
IWC: Finally Simon, is there one message you want to send out to the IWC universe?
Silencer: Let’s do it… Let’s Break The Silence. Breakthrough of the masses that try to feed us shit. Prove to everyone that we do have a brain, and that we know what we want. … Also, stay tuned for SCTV
IWC: Thank you very much for joining us Simon, and good luck at RIOT in the main event. Till next time, when we will have Axl Evermore joining us, Goodbye
